Sarah Warren joined the Prosecutor’s Office in 2013 as an Assistant Prosecutor. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business from Urbana University and received her law degree from Ohio Northern University, graduating in 2010. During law school, Sarah interned at the Allen County Prosecutor’s Office. Sarah is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, Logan County Bar Association, and Kiwanis. She resides at Indian Lake with her husband and children.
Alice Robinson-Bond, Assistant Prosecutor
Alice Robinson-Bond retired from the Ohio Attorney General's Office in August 2017, and following a 2-week retirement, accepted a position with the Felony Division of the Logan County Prosecutor's Office. Serving under three Attorneys General, she held positions as Deputy Director of the Ohio Peace Officer Training Commission which oversees training for all of Ohio's law enforcement; Chief of the the Crime Victim Compensation Section, which included programs that provide direct financial assistance to victims, grants to local victim assistance services, assistance in cases regarding missing children, sexual assault forensic exam protocols to professionals, and training to local authorities in conducting forensically sound child interviews; and lead prosecutor on the Attorney General’s rapid response child abuse team, which assisted local prosecutors and law enforcement on issues relating to the physical and sexual abuse of children. She also provided training on family violence investigation, prosecution, and enforcement to local law enforcement, prosecutors, and community organizations.
Ms. Bond has been a certified trainer with both the Ohio Peace Officer’s Training Academy and the National District Attorneys Association. She served as a non-medical member of the Child Abuse sub-committee of the Ohio Chapter to the American Medical Ass’n, the Ohio Pregnancy Associated Mortality Review Team, and is the past president of the Ohio Professional Society on the Abuse of Children, an organization of law enforcement, physicians, psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, prosecutors, and others who work on child abuse issues.
Additionally, Ms. Bond has served as Assistant Licking County Prosecutor, Assistant Madison County Prosecutor, and London, Ohio’s municipal prosecutor. She additionally founded Madison County' domestic violence shelter, has served on the Board of Directors of Clark County’s domestic violence shelter, and is certified in domestic violence danger and lethality assessment.
Ms. Bond received her B.S. and her J.D. at Ohio Northern University, and is married with three children.

David A. Walsh, Jr. Assistant Prosecutor
David Walsh joined the Prosecutor’s Office in 2017 previously working as an Assistant Prosecutor in Huron County. Originally from Boardman Ohio, David served six years in the United States Air Force from 2007-2013, and has continued to serve in the Ohio Air National Guard since 2013. He has a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from American Military University and he received his law degree from The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law in 2015. During law school, he clerked for the Ohio Attorney General, the Mahoning County Prosecutor’s Office, Delaware City Attorney’s Office, and the Ohio General Assembly.Holly Looser, Assistant Prosecutor
Holly Looser joined the Prosecutor’s Office in 2018 after working as an Assistant Prosecutor in Allen County since 2014. She is a graduate of Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in English and graduated magna cum laude. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from Ohio Northern University in 2014. While in law school, Ms. Looser interned with the Allen County Prosecutor’s Office in both the civil and juvenile divisions. Ms. Looser is married and has one daughter.
