John Bayliss has been a Commissioner
since January, 1997. He is the owner of a
residential design, building and remodeling firm. He
is also a farm owner and operator. Mr. Bayliss is a graduate of the Buckeye Local School District and also a graduate of the Ohio State University. He has been a member of many business and civic organizations. He and his wife Sharon reside in the Rushsylvania area and are the parents of three children, Brian, Courtney and Brendan. Commitee Assignments: Chairman, Family & Children First Council, Council on Aging Advisory Board, Community Growth, County Commissioners Association of Ohio Infrastructure & Environment Committee, Career Center EMS Advisory Committee, Community Action Commission Board, Emergency Management Agency Board, Juvenile Detention Center-Executive Board, Retired Senior Volunteer Program - Executive Board & CORSA County Risk Sharing Authority.
