John Bayliss has been a Commissioner
since January, 1997. He is the owner of a
residential design, building and remodeling firm. He
is also a farm owner and operator. Mr. Bayliss is a graduate of the Buckeye Local School District and also a graduate of the Ohio State University. He is a member of many business and civic organizations. He and his wife Sharon reside in the Rushsylvania area and are the parents of three adult children, Brian, Courtney and Brendan.
