Patricia E. Fitzpatrick
Victim Advocates

Patti Peck has been with the Logan County Prosecutor’s Office for over 20 years. Patty Fitzpatrick joined our staff in April of 2003. They are both members of the Ohio Domestic Violence Network and the Ohio Victim Witness Association.

Their duties include contacting all victims of crime in both adult felony (Logan County Common Pleas Court) and juvenile (Logan County Juvenile Court) cases.  They provides victims with the names of offenders, what charges have been filed and keeps victims  advised of all hearings throughout the prosecution of a case. They also notify victims of any hearings scheduled for possible early release either by the sentencing Court or through the parole board.  They are also responsible for notifying victims if an appeal has been filed.

The Victim Witness Program is paid for by a VOCA Grant through the Ohio Attorney General’s Office.  The Grant is largely funded by Court costs paid by juvenile and adult offenders.  A new Grant is written each year to keep the program in operation.

More information about the services provided by the Victim Witness Program can be found on the Victim-Witness web page.
